The Pressure Fryer
The heart and soul of any Broaster Chicken franchise is the pressure fryer. Broaster's founder L.A.M Phelan invented the first commercial pressure fryer in 1954 and Broaster has spent the last 65 years perfecting his vision. With industry leading technology, the Broaster Pressure Fryer features a self-filtration system, shorter cook times, and allows a longer shelf life on food than other pressure fryers. This dramatically reduces both waste and oil cost.
